THE BRIEF
This solid brick home, built in 1986, required a complete internal overhaul. The owners wished to take full advantage of breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge & Opera House, while still maintaining a functional layout.
Landscaping & a new alfresco outdoor area were also key requirements.

Nestled in amongst a peaceful community setting close to Rose Bay Village shops, Bondi Beach, Watsons Bay and the iconic clifftop walking trails, this expansive family home was a renovator’s dream.
Showcasing elevated views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline, this substantial family home offered multiple indoor and outdoor living zones on a spacious 645sqm parcel of land.
Spread across two generous levels, we re-imagined an open plan casual family living room, a separate formal dining room and formal lounge, landscaped backyard with covered alfresco dining space and swimming pool, six large bedrooms and a lock-up garage. The kitchen renovation featured modern caesar stone benchtops & gas cooking.
The sunny garden, lush lawns and pool terrace also made for an inviting outdoor living area for the whole family to enjoy.
